A compact apartment above a two car garage. This comfortable space has it's own entry door separate from the garage which leads to a small foyer with a closet and a staircase up to the kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We clad all the walls at three feet high with center beaded solid wood wainscoting (not the paneling), and capped it with a continuous chair-rail. All the countertops are granite, the walls are dove white, and the floors are pine, tile and granite.
The shelf in the kitchen has low voltage L.E.D. lights, the refrigerator and stove are both apartment size, the sink is a single bowl stainless steel. Everything is built to maximize the small space while keeping things simple and making the feel both warm and
